DOWNINGTOWN, Pa. (May 20)—The 2017 Eastern Pennsylvania NCS State Cup concluded Saturday with age groups from Under-12 to Under-17 competing for championships at United Sports Training Center.
A total of 12 teams out of the 182 that started the competition in March claimed state championships.
The Eastern Pennsylvania State Cup is part of US Youth Soccer's National Championship Series. This weekend's winners, as well as runners-up in the U13 Girls and U16 Boys divisions, advance to the Region I Championships in Spotsylvania, Virginia, June 30-July 4. Region champs will then play for the National Championship in Frisco, Texas against the best club teams the nation has to offer.
