The Ukrainian Nationals (U16 Boys). Penn Fusion Elite (U19/20 Boys), FC Pennsylvania Strikers (U18 Girls) and YMS Premier Xplosion (U19/20 Girls) won't be the only representatives from Eastern Pennsylvania at the 2017 US Youth Soccer National Championships, which start next week in Frisco, Texas. Five officials will also make the journey south. Three of them--Joshua Encarnacion (2015), Kevin Lock (2014) and Patrick Casey (2013)--are previous winners of the Eastern Pennsylvania Young Referee of the Year Award. Lock, distinguished on championships.USYouthSoccer.org as a "top returning referee," was named 2014 US Youth Soccer Young Referee of the Year.
