- Fostering connections and providing impactful learning opportunities to inspire the next generation of leaders in sport.
- Offering valuable resources, including a quarterly journal, networking events, and an annual symposium.
- Create a network of confident, skilled women coaches who lead with knowledge, passion, and innovation in the world of soccer.

National Girls & Women in Sports Day Panel
Join us on February 5th at 5:00 P.M. at DICK’S House of Sport in Wilmington, DE, for an inspiring panel discussion in celebration of National Girls and Women in Sports Day. The event will cover topics such as the importance of representation and equal opportunity, the challenges faced by women in sports, strategies for promoting sports for girls and women, and empowering young athletes. Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer's own Assistant Technical Director, Anna-Kate DePaolo, will be speaking on the panel, sharing her insights and experiences. The evening will conclude with an audience Q&A and networking opportunities.
National Girls & Women in Sports Day Free Clinics
NGWSD (National Girls and Women in Sports Day) celebrates the achievements and impact of female athletes, offering opportunities to inspire and empower the next generation. Through free clinics, this event encourages girls and young women to explore sports and enhance their skills in a positive and supportive environment. These clinics, hosted by local universities and organizations, provide access to top-notch coaching and inspire participants to pursue their athletic goals.
