Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer will have four representatives in the National Championship semifinals. Yardley Makefield U14 boys, Philadelphia SC Coppa U17 girls, Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals U17 boys and Penn FC U18 girls will compete in the semifinals on Saturday. 

The U17 Ukrainian National boys won their first two group play matches, putting them in first place, and only needing a draw in their final game to advance to the semi-finals. A 2-2 draw against Elkhart Flames (IN). 

Yardley Makefield, Philadelphia SC Coppa, and Penn FC all advanced to the semifinals with a 3-0 record in group play. The semifinals kick off Saturday at 8 a.m. with Philadelphia SC Coppa facing Tonka United (MN). Yardley Makefield, Penn FC, and Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals semi-final matches kick off at 10:30 a.m.

Congratulations to all 15 Eastern Pennsylvania teams that competed in this year’s US Youth Soccer National Championships. It was a fantastic accomplishment to get that far and enjoy the rest of your summer!
