Hatfield, Pa. native and three-time state cup winner Josh Jones was drafted into Major League Soccer by Real Salt Lake in their annual draft on Tuesday.
Jones, who played at Montgomery United and Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals prior to playing college soccer at the University of Louisville, was drafted 47th overall.
Jones was part of Ukies teams that won the Eastern Pennsylvania NCS State Cup in 2016, 2017 and 2019. He was also on a North Penn High School team that won the Class 4A state title in 2019.
