September 22nd FIFA Visits Philadelphia

After months of virtual meetings, FIFA will be visiting and touring Philadelphia and Lincoln Financial Field on Sept. 22 for the official Candidate Host City site visit.   

 

Many of you have asked how you can help with the bid, and with FIFA arriving in just over a week – the time is NOW. Here are three quick ways to get involved, show your support for the bid and welcome FIFA to Philadelphia!  

 

  1. Wednesday​, September 22nd - Be one of the first 250 to sign up and get free Philadelphia Soccer 2026 gear and a spot along the welcome route to show our guests why fútbol lives in Philly! Participants should plan to be on-site at the Headhouse Plaza in Lincoln Financial Field from 8:45 AM - 10 AM.   


    To participate, please complete the registration form here. Participants must be 12 and older to attend, and proof of vaccination is required for all attendees.  

     
  2. Wear your soccer jersey all day on Tuesday, Sept. 21 and post on social media.

     
  3. Follow @PHLSoccer2026 on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for all the site visit action and use #TheBidIsOn for a chance to be featured on the accounts.
