The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Kelly manages the day-to-day business operations for the state association. These duties include developing budgets, preparing informational reports, negotiating terms with partners and providing oversight for all of the state association's revenue generating programs and business related activities.

Prior to joining the State Association, Kelly was the Director of Outreach for the former Women’s Professional Soccer team, the Philadelphia Independence. Her duties included developing and executed a full, comprehensive Club Affiliate Marketing Program with 70 + clubs which included more than 40,000 contacts, outreach to community events, local schools, local associates, reaching into the community to connect to prospect/build/create potential fans, cultivating and manage relationships with soccer organizations within Eastern Pennsylvania.

Kelly earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Florida State University before completing her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Sport Business Management (MSBM) at the University of Central Florida’s DeVos Program. Prior to entering the business side of soccer, Kelly was an accomplished player. She was invited to train with both the under-19 and under-21 U.S. Women's National Teams and was an All-American at Florida State. In 2005, Kelly was a candidate for the MAC Hermann Trophy, given to the nation's best college soccer player. A Wallingford native and resident, she is a member of the FC Delco Hall of Fame and Delaware County Athletes Hall of Fame.
