The Eastern Pennsylvania ODP U16 Boys won Region I's top prize this weekend in Kirkwood, Delaware. 

They defeated New York West in penalty kicks to take the US Youth Soccer Region I ODP Championship. The 16 boys will play in the US Youth Soccer National ODP Championships next winter. 

The title game was a dramatic one. The two teams tied 3-3 in regulation before kicks from the spot decided the result.
